My Best Friend's Wedding

My Best Friend's Wedding was a funny and entertaining movie about best friends and the difficulties of letting go of each other. The main story line is that Michael is getting married to Kim. He tells his best friend, Julianne, who is against the marriage. We see how she tries to do anything to stop the marriage and win Michael for herself. It's a good movie, but it's not Oscar material. If you're in the mood to just sit back, relax, and watch a cute and charming no-brainer, we strongly urge you to go see it yourself. It's well worth it! *****

This is the latest action thriller starring John Travolta and Nicholas Cage. It is your basic good guy/bad guy story line. It is a good movie, but nothing new. The story line is not original and has been used too many times before. But thanks to two brilliant actors and cool special effects, it is a movie worth seeing. ***

MIB - Men in Black: (see photo)

Men in Black is one of the funniest and unbelievable movies we have seen in a while. Starring one of Hollywood's rising talents, Will Smith, and one of the good old talents, Tommy Lee Jones, it is a perfect blend of the old and new. The story line is one of a secret government agency keeping tabs on all the extra-terrestrials living on earth. With loads of slap-stick humor and special effects, it is an outrageous and humorous movie. Though slightly unrealistic and a bit short, it is a movie you just have to see.*****
