The Worm!
by Justin (age 15)

Oh Dennis, Dennis, Dennis. What’s next? You’ve done everything imaginable and frankly, I’m scared of what you have in store for us. But you know, I’m starting to think that you're running out of ideas.

He’s starts out his “bad boy” image with the hair which I thought was cool. He wasn’t hurting anybody and I don’t see why everyone was being so judgmental over something as trivial as hair. Now the Worm has always been known for his aggressive rebounding. You add his hair and his flagrant attitude and people start to watch him a little closer, with a little more scrutiny. And with someone as stubborn as Rodman, you’re going to see some fines.

He was fined so many times it’s not funny, well it was but not for him. If I remember correctly, the total was like $500,000. Now, for someone like me, and probably 85% of the American population, that seems like an ungodly amount of money. But you have to understand, this guy is writing checks for more money than that. Have you ever thought of having that much money. If I had this guy's paycheck I would have no idea what to do with all that money, but would figure out something... eventually.

I’m not even going to start on that whole cross-dressing thing he’s got going. That’s just really really not normal. But the book is an acceptable topic. I have not yet been able to read As Bad As I Want To Be but would like to. I would really like to know what created that freak so that I might steer clear of it.

Let’s see. The hair, the fines, cross-dressing, and his book. Oh yeah! His movie and his “wrestling” career. The movie was a bomb and I don’t watch wrestling. It’s all fake and it gives a bad name to all professional sports. Sorry if I offend anyone.

I used to like the Worm, and he is still a great basketball player. His willingness to play on the Bulls for nothing proves that no matter what he does he loves the game and the Bulls, but enough is enough. I think it’s about time to take it down a couple notches and just play.
