When you use frames on your website, the links off the page seem to load up only in the frame where the links are. If you want the link to the new page to fill up the entire browser window, you can use the tag target="_parent" inside the link tag. To make the whole page of links do this, all you need is to put in a base target="_parent" tag at the top of the page and every link on that page will load into the whole browser window.
