Rich...I really like Photoshop. I think it's the best. As a student, check with your campus bookstore or computer lab and see if they can get you a discount with one of their vendors. This is usually the case. We got our copy that way and it was very reasonable.


Paint Shop Pro is also good and much more affordable.
