action send mail

hi, this is dumb but I can't figure out the correct path for an ACTIOn statement to send mail, to, for example, a yahoo mail address. thanks in advance. I'm just learning. right now I have http://f13.mail.yahoo.com/mail.pl?ezekiel_hamlin for the path and it fails.
