PROJECT EVALUATION

Throughout the Lincoln project, we had the very valuable assistance of our evaluator, Christine Brim. Chris has been in contact with us throughout the grant period, and has pushed us to maintain a defined and realistic focus. Through her guidance and the input of Suzanne Prescott, we have engaged in a "rolling" evaluation, where we tried something, assessed the effectiveness, and then adjusted based upon the results. This seems to be an essential way to do business when dealing with technology; put something in place and then adapt to changing technologies.
