We hope that you will use this forum to post your comments, questions, and
suggestions related to Community Networking. One of the most important
things that we've learned throughout the development of the LincolnNet is
that it is foolish to try and "reinvent the wheel!" There are so many
innovative and exciting initiatives underway across the country, and
an abundance of new ideas, techniques, and processes that would be of benefit to all who are
working in this arena.

Is there a program that the south suburban
communities are recently working on to improve
the situation on bringing in to the south region
the employers with higher paying jobs? Do we,
South Metro Region, have a chance to be more
attractive to the "prime" employers? Can we
compete with northwestern suburbs? Isn't it about
time to think about major economic changes? What
can be done?

I've been wondering about something like this where nets could post news of things they're working on and any insights into new directions that appear to be working.

Hi and welcome to this forum. I know that those of us who are involved in
community networking are always so busy that it's really
difficult to find the time to ask questions and share ideas with others
doing similar things. At least that's how it's been for me. I hope to
take some time every day to stop in and join the discussion so I can learn
and share as much as possible. I hope you will too!
