Governors State
University, we have
been in the "community network business" since early 1996, through the
generous support of the
Telecommunications and Information Infrastructure
Assistance Program, National
Telecommunications Information Administration, U.S.
Department of Commerce.
It has been our extreme pleasure to develop the Lincoln Community Networks in partnership with stakeholders in the south metro region of greater Chicago, and we would like to use this space on the Web as a means to share our experiences and to learn from those of you with guidance to offer.
