Web Server Upgrade and Counter Conversion
Our new APACHE server and counter conversion information.

    As of July 12, 2000, we are running the newest APACHE web server. This is an upgrade that has been a long time coming. The new server is much easier to update and administer.

    Only one problem has come up, our old counter script is not compatible with the new server. To upgrade your counter to the new system, replace the old counter line in your HTML code to this:

    <!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/mcount.scgi"--> Then call our helpdesk line at 708-235-2120 and tell us you have upgraded the counter, your old count will be restored.

    To start a counter on a new page, just enter the above line. No call to the helpdesk is needed.
