Administrative Representative or Admin Rep is a Special Education designate from each of the fifteen member school districts. They maintain a connection between their special needs student and the SPEED Cooperative. These designates are kept informed, by Dr. Martin Fox, on current laws or changes in the area of Special Education that will have a direct affect on students in their school districts.
