The League of Illinois Bicyclists

The League of Illinois Bicyclists (LIB) is the Illinois state chapter-affiliate of the League of American Bicyclists (LAB). LIB is a non-profit organization of bicyclists, and is funded through donations from its members and other bicycling organizations.
